Heavy Duty Mechanic

Pheenix Performance is seeking a skilled and dependable Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our growing team. If you have a passion for machinery, thrive in a hands-on environment, and can work independently with confidence, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair a wide range of heavy equipment including farm tractors, loaders, graders, and Caterpillar (Cat) machinery

  • Perform repairs and maintenance on highway trucks, showcasing versatility and adaptability across vehicle types

  • Independently manage tasks and prioritize multiple jobs efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Maintain accurate service records and complete necessary paperwork in English

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and clients when required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in heavy-duty equipment and highway truck repair

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work unsupervised

  • Must be organized, reliable, and capable of meeting deadlines

  • Ability to read and write fluently in English

  • Must have reliable transportation and the ability to commute consistently

Automotive Technician

Pheenix Performance is looking for a reliable and skilled Automotive Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who excels in diagnosing and repairing a variety of vehicle makes and models with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough multi-vehicle assessments and repairs across a wide range of automotive brands

  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues with accuracy and efficiency

  • Work independently to prioritize and manage repair jobs in a timely manner

  • Maintain clear and accurate service records and paperwork

  • Communicate effectively with team members and uphold a high standard of workmanship

Requirements:

  • Experience working on multiple vehicle brands and models

  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

  • Ability to work unsupervised and meet deadlines

  • Must be detail-oriented and able to read and write in English

  • Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to and from work consistently
